Where is the venue located?

At Place des Bergues 3, Geneva.

Are there privatized spaces?

Yes, there are three privatized rooms. There are two of 15 m2, and one of 20m2.

What is your cancellation policy?

L’iceBergues’ refund policy is based on a non-refundable sliding scale, which begins on the date the contract is signed and continues in increments of number of days out prior to the event.

Is a downpayment required to secure a date?


What is the cost to rent L’iceBergues venue?

The price varies depending on the number of people, the period of the year, the specific needs for the event, and the number of hours the space is rented, including pre-event set-up and post event clean-up.

Is there a restaurant at L’iceBergues?

No. L’iceBergues works with a range of catering companies, to accommodate all budgets.

Is there a minimum number of people required to book the venue?



What equipment is available for events?

You can find the list here.

Do you have audio-visual equipment available for use?

Yes, and we work with an audio company that sends a technicien to set-up the equipment, according to clients’ needs.

Is there a lighting system in place?


Do you have Wifi available on-site?  

Yes, there is Wifi, and it is free of charge.


Is there on-site parking?

Yes. There are some underground parking spots available at L’iceBergues, and  several public underground parking lots nearby (e.g. Cornavin train station and Parking du Mont-Blanc).

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. There are buses and tram stops within short walking distance to L’iceBergues.

Is the venue accessible to guests with disabilities? 

Yes. The conference room is accessible via elevators and via the parking lot.

What time can we arrive to set everything up?

The arrival time is set in the rental agreement. It depends on the amount of time required for your event set-up, and also the venue availability on the day of the event.

What time do we need to leave the venue?

The arrival time is set in the rental agreement. The maximum time is usually 2am.

Is there a cloakroom?

There is a coat railing with hangers on the 1st floor (entrande level).

Is there security personnel on-site?

No. We work with security personnel, paid on an hourly basis.

Can we bring our food and drinks?

Yes. We ask that clients sort their own recycling.

Who’s responsible for cleanup?

A fee is including in the rental price. Said price varies depending on the type of event.
Additional fees may apply if, for example, the premises is left in a particularly dirty state, or if confettis, decoration or other items are left behind.


Are there noise restrictions?

No, as long as the event is respecting the few neighbors in the area.

How many people will be working on-site during my event?

It depends on the size of the event. Typically around 2-4, but it can be between 1 and 15 depending on your event.

Is the space flexible and can it be used for different types of events?

What’s the smoking/vaping policy?

No smoking/vaping in the premises, but there is a direct covered smoking area in front of the venue.

Are there any additional overtime fees?

To be discussed, on a case to case basis.

Is there a deposit required to secure a date?

Yes, it’s typically 80% upfront. For certain event, we will ask for a caution.

Does the venue have a kitchen that can be used for food preparation?

Yes, the kitchen can be used either by yourself (and cleaned afterwards) or by the catering partner.

Can the furniture be moved around?

Yes, with the approval of the event manager onsite.

What’s the minimum rental period?

5 hours.

How far in advance do reservations need to be made?

There is no specific timeframe, but we do recommend booking well in advance, as the dates fill-up rapidly.

Is the venue air-conditioned?


How many restrooms are there in your venue?

There are 3 restrooms on the ground floor of L’iceBergues, and extra restrooms in the hallway by the elevators.

Can events be advertised via L’iceBergues’ Instagram page and website?

Yes, depending on the type of event.

Is there an in-house bar or bartender available?

No, but this can be organized at an additional cost.

Will security be provided by the venue or do you need to hire your own?

We work with security personnel that is paid an hourly rate of CHF 40.-.

Is there a VIP room?

Yes; a small side room, with a shower, that is accessible from the underground parking.

What is the ‘look’ and ‘feel’ of L’iceBergues?

Modern / vintage, trendy, loft space, industrial, spacious, corporate, tall ceilings.
