L’iceBergues innovates with a new range of tailor-made services, developed at the request of local law firms.
Geneva has historically been an important venue for resolving international disputes, and is home to the Swiss Arbitration Chamber.
The location of L’iceBergues in Geneva’s hypercentre, its proximity to hotels and its easy access by all means of transport ensure an optimal welcome.
The expertise of our in-house team and external partners (security, technical, catering, etc.) guarantees a first-rate welcome for our customers, with tailor-made advice.
Access by car directly to our reserved parking spaces, by elevator or via the gallery access offers perfect discretion. Secure airlocks and a variety of access and egress routes and exits ensure total control, and simple, discreet and effective evacuation options if required.
Technical services are provided by a company with expertise in arbitration, guaranteeing flawless control of sound and image capture, simultaneous retransmission from several countries, and translation requirements. Full connectivity and high-speed Internet access ensure that users can take part in arbitration proceedings in perfect technical conditions.
Finally, the various local partners selected – caterers, hoteliers, designers, florists, decorators and ancillary staff – complete the picture.
Large room
The main room offers 120m2 with a ceiling height of 4m. Projectors and speakers are already installed, and soundproofing panels provide excellent acoustics. Different set-ups can be created according to the number of participants.
The large room can be decorated with original artworks, mainly from Switzerland.
The vintage bar is directly accessible from this area, and can be used as an open bar, or with 24-hour service.
Lounge and café areas offer the opportunity to change location from time to time for comfortable breaks, with original furnishings and designs.
Breakout rooms
The 4 small lounges (2x15m2 and 2x20m2) offer discreet, intimate spaces, directly accessible from the main hall, with glass walls.
Capacity varies from 10 to 15 people.
Access
There are several ways to get here, either directly to the main hall via the private parking lot with triple security locks, or via the elevators from the gallery, or via the doors opening onto the gallery and Rue Kléberg.
Security
It is provided by SGP or the company of the parties’ choice.
Technic
It is provided exclusively by GlobalAV.
Catering
It is provided by Genecand or at the choice of the parties.
